As an India based Tour Operating Company we have 2 offices in India. One based in the capital of India – New Delhi and the other in Noida – Near Capital Region (NCR). We employ a staff of 30 Guest Services Consultants in the New Delhi office and 10 Guest Services Consultants in Noida.

What makes Holiday India different from any other Tour Operating Company is that we are one of the very few companies, which has a Transport Division too. We have a dedicated fleet of over 50 luxury cars driven by English speaking drivers. So when traveling with Holiday India, you don’t have to worry about the surprises that few guests get on arriving.

We organize your tour: We organize your trip and observe every progress from our own office. We don’t sell tours to the whole world and leave you at the mercy of local travel agents at each location. Though at a few places, we use services of other agencies to enable us to provide you with what you want, we still ensure their efficiency in doing so.

No risk of money: To avoid issues like theft of credit card details or personal details we use the safest mode of money transfers. We either receive by Bank Transfer or Credit Cards but offline. We don’t ask you to enter your credit card details online.

Refunds or Cancellation: Don’t worry if your mate backed out leaving you alone. Please note a few important points:

1. An Indian Tourist Visa is required for all tourists visiting India. You may get this from the Consulate General of India in your country of residence. All you require to acquire a VISA is a valid passport along with your travel documents. You can get the exact details after speaking to them or from their website. Every consulate has a different website.

Passport: You must carry your passport all the time while traveling. Before the trip starts, check that your passport is in order and will be valid for the period of your stay. Otherwise, get it renewed. If, by any chance, your passport gets lost or stolen, immediately contact your country's embassy and the nearest police station at the same time.

Visa: The second most essential document for your visit to India. Only in case of Nepal, you don’t need any prior visa. The only requirement is of identification papers, and visa is issued at the airport itself on arrival. There are different types of visas for different travel purposes. Make sure that you apply for the correct Visa to avoid surprises when you arrive.

Photocopies: Don’t forget to keep photocopies of your important documents in different bags during your tour. Just in case you misplace your originals, the photocopies will help you.

2. Vaccinations are advisable. One can find very useful information on www.cdc.gov or with your National Travel Board for latest updates on vaccinations and viruses.

3. We will send you a list of all important things that you need to carry to avoid inconvenience during your stay in India due to weather, hygiene, food and water.

4. Please ensure that you mail us the details like the name as per passport, age and sex of all the members accompanying you. This helps us select a souvenir which we give to our guest after they finish their tour.

5. Providing us with your exact flight arrival and departure details help us receiving you from the Airport just in time. India has a severe traffic problem and to avoid delays, we prefer doing everything ahead of time.
 
6. We have tried to provide exhaustive details on all the destinations, monuments and sightseeing places in our website and the proposal sent to you. Incase if you want us to send you more details and pictures of a wildlife safari or a destination in particular, do not hesitate to ask us. We have specialists, who read a lot of books and refer to a lot of insights of everything. They will be glad to put together all the information you require. Since we do personal tours and not group tours, you have the liberty to spend as much time as you want at just 1 sight or activity.
